I love working on bespoke commissions - no matter how small or big. It is such an honour to be entrusted with creating a piece of jewellery which means a great deal to the recipient, and I love being involved (in my own little way) in a special moment in their life - an engagement, the birth of a child, or the first day at school.

Over the years I have accumulated quite a few loyal customers and a substantial network of fellow designers and craftsmen, ranging from 3D CAD technicians, to mounters, stone setters, polishers and stone merchants. Whether you are looking for a Christening gift, bridesmaids' jewellery, or a gift for your daughter on the occasion of her starting school, I can cater for all your needs.

I will also go just that little bit further, perhaps adding an engraved tag to a bracelet, or hand delivering your wedding jewellery and finishing it while you wait to make sure the chain length is just perfect. As with all my jewellery, I offer free delivery and gift wrap as standard.

If you have a design in mind but just can't find what you want in mainstream stores, or bought some gemstones on your travels and would like them set into a unique piece of jewellery, I can help you realise your dream. I am happy to work to a precise brief, or explore different options until you are happy with the design.  I am also happy to work to your budget.

Here are some examples of bespoke pieces:

I was exhibiting my work at the Craft Central showcase gallery earlier this summer when one of my most stylish clients came through the door and asked if I could make her an ear cuff as she was going to a ball later on that week. I suggested using a twig from my latest Twig collection to make into the ear cuff. I drew a quick outline of her ear, and later that night set to work. Twigs are treacherous things - they look beautiful on the branch, but in reality the bud formations often twist around the branch and so they are not positioned exactly where you want them to be. So I had to cut up my silver twig in key spots in order to rotate the branch, so that the buds would be more suited to the curved shape that needed to rest comfortably around the ear. I turned this project around in 2 days, working in the evenings after closing the gallery. I was so delighted (but nervous) with the outcome, and it fitted perfectly on Debbie's ear. This was a compete watershed moment - I have, to date, been focused on the more conventional items of jewellery - necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings. Now, I think there are so many other ways you can adorn and embellish the human form. Keep your eyes peeled, as I will be creating many more unique pieces soon.

Perfect! Thanks for sorting so quickly, love the tiny stud too. Thank you, very kind.

A client had bought a pair of amethyst stones while travelling through South East Asia. She came across my work during one of my selling events and asked if I could make them into a piece of jewellery. I
explored a few design and cost options and the resulting design is these earrings - claw set in off the shelf 9 carat gold collets, with earring wires in the same design as my Samarkand earrings. The client chose them to be finished in rose gold, which is the perfect complement for these beautiful stones.

I'm so pleased with the earrings, it's exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you so much. If I ever buy more semi-precious or precious stones (I'm a Geologist so it seems likely!) I'll bring them to you.

18 carat white gold bracelet with 7 round brilliant cut diamonds, hand set in a contemporary spectacle setting. Client's daughter's name was engraved onto tag.

Thank you for all the work you put into making my bracelet perfect. I love it! Vanessa

C Music TV asked me to create some accessories, or 'bling' in their words, to be used in their promotional video. The brief was to produce a large gold pendant, and a smaller square piece to be attached to a pair of sunglasses. Based on a drawing of their logo, I commissioned 3D CAD drawings of the logo in the two specified sizes. This method ensured that I could have the beveled edge effect around the letter 'G'. Brass copies of these were cast from the wax 3D print. I then polished the cast pieces to mirror shine, added jumpring to the larger piece and delivered them, together with long chain for the larger pendant.

Thank you so much Ayshe! The logos look absolutely fantastic! They will look perfect when we film them so all of your efforts are very much appreciated. JR

Wedding jewellery for client using freshwater pearls, crystal quartz pear cut briolettes and sterling silver. The necklace and earrings were created based on an idea introduced by the client.
A range of configurations for the central drop of the necklace were submitted to the client before the piece was finished. A final image of the finished piece was submitted for approval before delivering the jewellery.

Ayshe created a beautiful bespoke pearl and crystal necklace with matching earrings for my wedding. Inspired by the style and elegance of Grace Kelly, the jewellery made me feel like a princess on our special day. MB

Samantha ordered a pair of the Little Heart bracelets - one for herself, and one for her daughter who was about to start nursery school. She requested a special size for her daughter to fit a tiny wrist!
I received the bracelets late last week. Thank you so much. They are beautiful. I can't wait to wear them on our first day of school. Thanks again!! Samantha

Ruth saw the Sycamore Keys collection at our first ever selling event, during London Jewellery Week 2011. She fell in love with the pieces, which were shown in the gold plated version with rhodolite garnets. She asked if it would be possible to make the set in silver, with freshwater pearls, for her wedding. Not only was I able to do this, but I was also commissioned to create amethyst jewellery for her bridesmaids to wear on her special day.
'Thank you so much Ayshe for making my wedding jewellery. You were so professional and thought of everything, including something blue! It was such a pleasure wearing the jewellery and I got so many compliments on the day. The bridesmaids also loved their jewellery and it looked stunning on them. Once again, a big thank you! Ruth x'
